This practice is deeply inspired by Ashtanga yoga, especially the grounding and transforming philosophy behind the Chikitsa series.
While some sessions follow parts of the traditional sequence more closely, others move more freely, blending breath, conscious movement, soft vinyasa, meditation and chakra-focused practices in a gentler and more intuitive way.
Rather than focusing on performance or perfection, these practices invite you to move with awareness, presence and connection to yourself.
